A Common Snapping Turtle (Chelydra serpentina) may be seen swimming just beneath the surface of a lake on a warm day in late Spring. The long claws common to the species are evident and the turtle's shell and tail are coated with moss.
This film was shot at 24p on a Canon 5D Mark II using a Samyang / Rokinon 85mm f1.4 lens.
