I also have a monome and a padkontrol,
I saw that the lights on your padkontrol doesn't behave like mine. Do you use a native mode for a special purpose?

Tip for a tip, you should try your padkontrol to trigger the 9 DblueGlitch effects

I use the first 8 buttons for the first 8 effects for the select button and the 8 other for the group button.

And i use the XY pad for the filter cuttoff and resonnance(right click on the pots for midimap) and the 2 other controler for distortion and general volume.

This setup on a drum part sounds evil!!
