The boys also competed in a karate competition on June 21, 2008. They did kata, kumite (sparring) and stick fighting. Here are short videos of their heian shodan kata that they did. Both the boys took a gold medal in their divisions. Rob, Mrs. Cupples and I were so proud of them. They can't wait for their next competition.
