The Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts and Culture located in downtown Toronto's Kensington Market, is a centre from youth, for youth, and run by youth. It's mandate is to provide a space for young filipinos through out the greater toronto area, to learn about their culture, their language, their history, and overall learn about themselves, while being a part of a diverse group of talented filipino artists, collaborators, entrepreneurs and mentors of all kinds.
