This is a Blender Render -> Vimeo Upload pipeline test. I rendered this form the Blender Non-Linear Video Editor (the VSE) in HD 1280x720 OSA8 100% using the QT H.264 codec at 10fps with keyframes every 60 keys and bandwidth limited to 150kB Best Quality. I uploaded it, Vimeo processed it, and played full-screen I think the results are clear and acceptable
