Arne Backstrom, one of skiing’s great big mountain riders, passed away in a tragic skiing accident in Peru. Our thoughts go out to the Backstrom Family and to all who knew and skied with Arne throughout the years. Arne was originally from Seattle, WA and grew up skiing at Crystal Mountain.
