Ellie Harrison - June 2003

Film documenting the installation of the Monthly Sculptures Determined by the Daily Quantification Records (DQRs) at the Goldsmiths College Postgraduate Degree Show in 2003.

The DQRs were used each day throughout 2003 to collect data about 14 aspects of my life. This was then processed to determine the specifications for Monthly Sculptures. The positioning of the sculptures within the space and the speed at which they rotated was also dependant on elements of the data.

The soundtrack is an edited section from the film Some Observations on the Daily Quantification Records Project, which was playing in the space at the time.
