you walk into your local indian restaurant. it's 11:45 am, which means that they have their buffet open. you sit down, putting your jacket into the booth, and approach the buffet station. As you glance at each label, you realize that you like everything available. you put a little tikka masala here, a little vindaloo there, some naan, some saag, and some fruit topped with some rice pudding. everything starts sliding together, chicken tikka saag with lamb vinda-masala.
