Well I have been pretty busy with a new job and haven't got around to much videoing. This little time-lapse I thought Jay Boy would enjoy since he gave me this awesome recipe for salsa. I love Mexican food and salsa. This was my experience with the recipe.

Here is the recipe, for anyone else that might ask.
1 Can of black beans
1 Can of corn
Cloves of garlic (to taste)
1 Onion (med to large)
Cilantro (to taste)
1 Teaspoon of cumin sauteed in olive oil & sprinkled with chili powder.
4 or 5 fresh tomatoes
1 Can of chopped tomatoes / jalapeno mix
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1/3 to 1/2 of a lime, squeezed onto ingredients.
Chop it up! Mix it up! And chow down!
