Uganda is one of African countries that has a fast growing ICT-sector. One of the biggest problems for ICT-companies is finding qualified personnel. That is why some of them started an incubator to give chances to talented graduates to eventually start their own compant.
To examples are 'Appfrica Labs' and 'Software Factory', who are based in the capital Kampala. Both companies are producing software for the local market.
