Debra Harry a northern Paiute from Pyramid Lake Nevada has produces a documentary film titled "The Leech and the Earth Worm" Which examines the globalized hunt for genes within Indigenous territories and bodies. Ms Harry is a doctoral candidate at the University of Auckland, school of education, where she recently contributed and essay to a new book: Rights and Liberties in a Biotech Age.
