I'll give Royals PR VP credit, it is not easy to make a terrible team look good.
But Mike Swanson was honest open and pretty frank when it came to telling some war stories about what it means to act as the PR chief for an MLB team.
This was one of many of his stories he shared with the group as he recounted his 32 years as a PR professional in the sports industry.
While I am not really a fan of the closed door attitudes of some of their policies and how they have booted bloggers and thumbed their noses at smaller outlets, I was still impressed with what Swanson had to say.
