Hey, I have a question. When you brought you're footage in from you're Z7U. Was it in 1920x1080 or 1440x1080? I was wondering what the shooting resolution of that camera was.
WOW, that was amazing. I want one of these cameras so bad. Was the strobbing how the video turned out? or was that part of the quicktime rendering? It seemed a little excesive..
For those wondering about the Z7U's shooting size it is 1440x1080 non-square pixel . . so, you can put it on a 1920x1080 timeline and all is well. It has an CMOS imager that is slightly larger than the HVX200 (and HVX200A) and accounts for the vivid color and better low light performance but to date the even larger pixel count imager on the XH-A1 has given us better low light performance especially on true blacks and vivid color.
All three seem to have about the same color in good light from our tests and having owned all three for extensive periods.

If it is shooting at 1920x1080 then it's reducing to HDV 1440x1080?
