KidneyWise serves as a catalyst, coordinator and resource to the varied relevant health initiatives within public and private sectors in order to maximize their impact. While many organizations have developed programs aimed at reducing the prevalence or impact of various conditions along the CKD Chain, they are unfortunately limited in their ability to coordinate these efforts with each other, and more limited in their ability to drive large-scale awareness and adoption with the public.
