Dissident american expat + german import. Boy-girl synth hop duo - need, lust, desire, fury. Electro, hip hop, post punk, noise. Influenced by Afrika Bambaataa, ESG, Kraftwerk, Ladytron, Mark Stewart, Mobb Deep, Outkast & Dungeon Family, Slits, and The Stooges.

In their own words, "After various tenures with art pop expirimentalists Mountaineers, Snap Ant & Former Miss America, American expat Ezra Bang decanted to Limefield studios in Manchester to begin work on a solo album. It was during this period that he met a young German visual artist named Lily Lotus. They were going to get married.. instead they started a band.. 2gether, the are HOT MACHINE!!! Onstage they are at once an assault of polysexual disco, post punk, & hip hop pomp, with Ezra's performance mimicking the early fury of NWA while Lily's video creations blare out on screen behind them.. a gangbang carnival of modern popular culture. Marvel comics, science fiction, homemade skin flixx, police video, trannies & riot scenes."
