costs of our services.

Attorney rates, begin at $200 per hour. We recommend a retainer in most cases based upon thle minimum amount of work to be done in one month.

Monthly statements explain the services provided and the charges. There is no charge for reviewing a statement over the phone or in the office.

We do not charge for "where are we?" appointments with Mr. Scott for retained clients. We charge flat fees that are pre-determined in Mediation.

Legal costs are out of pocket expenses which are charged by others such as the clerk of court for a Jfiling fee. An appraisal is another example. All out of pocket legal costs are agreed upon in advance.

We want to deliver quality by consistently opening a case, discovering the facts and documents, an.alyzing the finances and circumstances, and closing the case with a beneficial out of court settlement or a day in court.
