    This is GREAT. I'm always wanting a return to early-nineties-late-eighties-style, super fun performance videos with lots going on in the frame! I keep trying to get one made but can never find the right band. :( Anyway, the aesthetic and attitude is great here, awesome work!! I saw a couple D90 shots, was the entire thing made that way?

    Thanks, Karla Jean! Yeah, the band and I really love that style. I recommend reading My Teacher is An Alien if you have not. Great book and the inspiration for the video.

    It was shot on two Canon 7Ds. John Petersen at Cinefilm did the color correction.

    vid is pretty dumb, but how did you get kevin costner to play the teacher? and vimeo comes through again with an incredibly slow load. maybe aarp should give vimeo some viagra.
