Went out and shot a few tests with a replacement 58mm Opteka 10x Macro Lens and The RNG35. This has solved the focusing problem I was having with the 72mm Achro that came with the RNG35. I think the Opteka causes more vignetting than the original Achromat and perhaps more distortion but I no longer have it to compare.
The problem I'm having now is with the adapter vibrating too much, causing the frame to shake and issues with the HV30's rolling shutter.
It's not so evident in these videos as I loosened my tripod right up to take some shake out of the rig.
