Breakdown:
1) Caesar Goodbye (Weta Digital)
Everything was keyframe animated, except for the character's spine where mocap data was used & polished
2) Bad Person (Animation Mentor)
Everything was keyframe animated
3) Salsa Dancer (Animation Mentor 2009 Showcase)
Everything was keyframe animated
4) Caesar Protective (Weta Digital)
Everything was keyframe animated
5) Chimp Fight 1 (Weta Digital)
The chimp that falls over another and tumbles on the ground was keyframe animated. All others had mocap data that was polished.
6) Chimp Fight 2 (Weta Digital)
Core movements came from mocap, but all the punches, impacts, and body reactions were keyframe animated.
7) Caesar Commands (Weta Digital)
Caesar's face and the jump off the car were keyframe animated. The rest of his performance was mocap that I polished.
Maurice (the orangutan on the streetlamp) was keyframe animated.
I did not animate the other background characters.
8) Brazil (Animation Mentor 2010 Showcase)
Everything was keyframe animated
9) Bigfoot (Animation Mentor)
Everything was keyframe animated
Maya, XSI, Photoshop, Quicktime Pro, & Final Cut Pro were used.
