This looks absolutely incredible. When people were saying the iPhone platform wouldn't be able to compete with DS/PSP, I agreed. I think this just changed my mind.

Just one more little niggling thing... It's not very good to use 'coming summer' as a definer of time in such an international venue. In australia, where I live, it is winter, and very cold. Summer for me is about 6 months away. People who live near to the equator sometimes do not even have the traditional summer & winter seasons, but instead have the Dry season and the Wet season.

It's a nice take on it, but like most mobile titles, it copies a bit more than I'm comfortable with. But it gives me hope there will be some truly original takes on gaming once the App Store is fully available. Maybe those reports about the iPhone taking on the Nintendo DS weren't so crazy after all.

Loco Roco is a work of art. It's shockingly similar to this, but better. The gameplay is definitely superior from what I can tell.

There are in-game challenge levels that look just like Rolando.

I agree that Loco Roco and Rolando look very very similar, but the way you actually play these two games seems very different.

Loco Roco reminds me more of Dizzy Bee personally. I'm still really looking forward to Rolando! And what with the nearing of the end of August, I really hope handcircus are still on track for a release soon. Of course if they would like any beta testers, I'll raise my hoof right now! :)

Wow, it sure feels like it's been more than three months since I first saw this video! I really hope everything is going smoothly. Looking forward to becoming a little poorer the day this comes out. :)
