1. Subversion 1.5.0 (code_swarm)
The Subversion open source version control project (subversion.tigris.org/) was started in early 2000 by CollabNet (collab.net/). Originally, its source code lived in a CVS repository. But once Subversion itself was mature enough, it became the version control system of choice for its own source code.

This video contains visualizations of Subversion's source code commit history, provided via the graphical magic of code_swarm (codeswarm.googlecode.com/), and using input from both Subversion's original CVS repository ('cvs rlog') and its current Subversion repository ('svn log -v').

Produced by: C. Michael Pilato (cmichaelpilato.com/)
Soundtrack: SEBBASS's "Funk my ride" (dogmazic.net/SEBBASS)
