It's now just over a year ago since I first picked up a video camera and bought a copy of Final Cut Studio and in between constant photography projects and commercial commissions, I've been filming a series of Liverpool based/linked musicians working in the fields of country, blues and folk music. These were originally intended to go into some sort of documentary film about the scene/non scene in Liverpool but will now take the form of an ongoing series of artist profiles and short live performances and whilst none of the clips or short films are ready just yet this preview of some of the people to feature in the series is firstly a taster of what's been filmed and secondly a kick up the arse to me to get the whole thing sorted and moving forwards!
