Über 120 Artists aus dem In- und Ausland präsentieren die vier Elemente der HipHop-Kultur.

"HipHop ist wesentlich mehr als nur eine Musikrichtung..." - seit 2006 stellt FOUR ELEMENTS diese These eindeutig unter Beweis. Ob Rap, DJ-ing, Graffiti oder Breakdance, von 08. bis 11. Juli wird auch dieses Jahr mit einem anspruchsvollen, unterhaltsamen und informativen Programm im Rahmen der CONVENTION das Ineinandergreifen und Zusammenspiel der vier ursprünglichen Elemente der Hip Hop-Kultur veranschaulicht. Dabei garantieren mehr als 120 KünstlerInnen an fünf Veranstaltungsorten für Stimmung fernab des Mainstreams.

“HipHop is considerably more than a musical genre...” - since 2006 FOUR ELEMENTS has definitely been proving this statement. Over the last five years the CONVENTION has developed into a stomping ground for artists who are actively involved as well as for fans of all ages, recognised far beyond the borders of Austria. Whether it’s Rap, DJ-ing, Graffiti or Breakdance, the CONVENTION 2010 will again present an ambitious, entertaining and informative agenda which will demonstrate the interplay and the meshing together of the four original elements of HipHop-culture .

During the daytime, the interdisciplinary interaction and education are the main focus of the symposia, workshops, film-screenings and performances, which are all free of charge. In addition to the wide range of local artists and panelists, international icons will attach a special flavour to the CONVENTION. Numerous live- concerts and breakdance-performances by international top-acts will be the key features of the evening programme.
