Not boring at all Bill. I do have a question though, are your Swiss Chard cultivated just for their leaves? We in the states generically call them "beets", and usually only utilize the roots. I hate beetroot, but love Spinach so I may have to try a variety that's comparable, and give it a go.

Thanks Mr E. It is a kind of beet but we do just cultivate it for the leaf and stems. This multi-coloured variety is called "Bright Lights".

You're right. I'm not into growing vegetables, so I found it totally boring.

I am sure that if I had the slightest interest in growing vegetables, I would have found it fascinating.

    I accept your apology.

    Bill,
thanks for this educational video (even if the german word "Kapuzinerkresse" wasn't considered ;) )

The video would be more educational if you could add the written words as subtitles. So I would be able to check out plants which I don't know yet and other people (who have no idea about growing real food) are able to refer the picture to the text.

I wonder how your skinny sunflowers will look in one month. For my opinion their stems are really thin.

You should open "The gardening, allotment, vegetable" channel (just a joke)

I didn't find it boring at all. I refuse to work in a garden due to my forced servitude as a child, but Janice has convinced me to at least get the ground ready for her next year.
