On June 18th, 2010 Victory Outreach Whittier had their "We Love Our City" Campaign at Whittier High School. With a Car Show, Willie G. & the East L.A. Philharmonic and a live drama entitled "Blood in, Blood out,"...were able to reach over 2,000 people that night!
