360°: Coming Full Circle in the San Blas
This is final episode of the Lodestar Above series, a collection of videos captured during Clive Webber's 16-month hitchhiking-around-the-world sailing voyage from January 2008 to April 2009.
The world is divided into 360 degrees. To sail around the world is to experience every single degree of longitude. From Galapagos tortoises of 90° West, Melanesian dancers at 180°, giant waves at 90° East, or playful dolphins at 0°, each degree holds a particular memory unique from all the others.
In this final chapter, I finally return to my starting point, 78°52.931W in the San Blas Islands of Panama, thus completing the circumnavigation and closing the loop!
