The Discoverers is a road movie about a dysfunctional family who embark on a Lewis and Clark re-enactment trek and discover themselves and each other in the process. With a nod to Hal Ashby and the intimate character-driven comedies of the 70’s, the film shows how sometimes you have to get lost in order to find yourself.
