Yea, really i wanna know whats the best format to export in, for space and quality and how to de-interlace is probably just the setting i use. Is DivX the best one?

Well, just export i full quality... then, if you wanna compress: yes, divx is great... But, that's not interlaceing! Deinterlace is a whole diffrent thing... That is about progressive, fields, ntsc or pal... However, you should always use progressive for digital use... (internet, hd, etc).

Nice, keep posting stuff!
Export in premiere: Export as quicktime .MOV with H.264 codec and set mulitpass on (hi quality). Also set the datarate to about 3500kbps. That should be perfect.
In vimeo.com/982093 I used these settings too.

Dude you have helped me so much!
Before i got my Canon XH A1 i was researching vimeo for good quality videos, and funnily enough yours was the first video i saw, pretty much convincing me to buy this model
So thanks for helping me with the export, and thanks for basically helping me choose my camera
