I shot and edited this is 2003.
This was an interesting time. We were in San Diego and we'd recently started selling Big Shockers and shipping them from our house. Our garage had no cars but hundreds of Big Shockers.
My mirror was dirty so I cleaned it.
There were big fires in San Diego and it was scary. The sky was orange and it felt like the apocalypse. Ashes were everywhere and it smelled like a burning forest.
It started realizing how important it is to match up visual changes with audio changes. For example when I say "perfect lighting" at 1:30 or the flash when Ricky says "some people ordered twenty-five" and then drops the box. Ricky used to drive all those boxes to the post office every day.
Ashton didn't order one, but we sent him one anyway.
