Third Eye is a three channel video installation on a trio of TV monitors standing in a row side by side. This synchronized video work uses television static and the audio from a 1970's chakra clearing session and a 1940's film urging readiness for The Rapture as the foundation for a piece that plays with the idea of TV as oracle, both mind-numbing and brain-washing. We look to our sets for answers: how to dress, walk, talk, what to think, how to improve...how to be saved.

The static is transformed into a sea of changing color and form resulting in a mesmerizing trio of visuals that fuse religion, end-times and UFO visitation. You’ll end up with that TV stare and the unsettling fear that there just might be poltergeists in your family set.
