This short film tells a disappointing year in the life of a book. Though they might often be our most treasured possessions, it is remarkable how easily books can be neglected, mistreated and sometimes even lost.

Nice story, liked it a lot. I can't resist saying the girl needs a new dress. She wore it from June to September.

Same here, in the last 15 seconds I was praying for a reunion! Ridiculously moving parable of an inanimate object of affection...

This movie actually made me get up and think about where each and every one of my books on my bookshelf came from. i really love it, and it makes me appreciate my literary companions so much more. May i ask what book is being read in the movie? i am not sure why, but i have the urge to read it.
  • Studiocanoe plus 1 year ago
The Book is Blacks' Encyclopedia for Children (its in the end credits too). Thanks very much!

Very nice. I try to be nice to my books. Maybe someday my daughter will read some of them. The coffee ring was me, the ice cream was her, and the bug killing, my wife.

Lovely video my friend. It reminds me of the book that my mate co-wrote, although that was about a lighter. Good work!
