I didn't really get what was going on though, it was a bit everywhere and I think you crossed the line once.
I thought it was really well made though.

Great work....
We are looking for the million budget Peter. But it's not easy! We showed our skills. Now we need the right story and a budget :-)

It's a shame you didn't spend more time on foley. It felt pretty thin. Especially compared to the production values of everything else.
Still, great job. Real professional cinematography. I liked how the camera was always moving, but it wasn't distracting ala Michael Bay.
A shame.
Also, I'm interested in hearing what the no budget was since I know a lot of these shots are expensive to make.
the redubbing is fantastic for what it is though.
entirely with the Mk2?
nice
that's the spirit people!
keep it up!
Brilliant....
The one thing that totally threw me off was sound. When it was good, it was great, but when it was off... man.
ADR was pretty rough throughout--none of the voices really felt organic... they didn't feel real. Also, the sound effects, specifically gunshots were far too weak. There was no presence.
The overuse of the jib was very noticeable as well.
Clearly this was a great endeavor, and in no way is this bad. It's just apparent now that you're at this level, so the critiquing is going to be more... well, critical.
The story was, as others have said, cliche and not very interesting. You may not be interested in writing though--you're clearly more of a director, but being able to tell a story significantly helps your direction skills.
I realize this was done with "no budget," but clearly there was some stockpiling of props and production equipment prior to this project.
Regardless, great effort, and you can only go up from here. Take into consideration some of the criticism that's been doled out here. If you can fill in the gaps, you'll be a well-rounded, great storyteller.
Don't get me wrong: great, great stuff. Keep it up. But the quality is so top-notch it's all the more so for the little things stick out.
The cinematography was incredible too.
It's good to see that you aren't afraid to do big and challenging projects on a low budget.
like the movie though ^^
