An incompressible fluid simulation of hot gas flowing around the Utah Teapot. Dye is injected into the flow and advected due to the effects of buoyancy. The resulting dataset is subsequently exported to a volume ray tracer and rendered to give the appearance of smoke. Simulation time was in the order of several seconds per frame and render time approximately two minutes per frame.
