Aida's Life: The Interview
An interview I conducted of my grandmother, rediscovered after three years.
This was a wonderful find for me as my grandmother passed away just under 1.5 years after I filmed this. Once I found it, I spent all morning working on it without a break - getting the translation done.
Hearing myself asking the questions - I have to say I'm a little embarrassed at my Spanish. I was trying to think of things, listen, and film at the same time so sometimes my conjugation was attrocious!
This may not appeal as much to people outside of my family as I'm asking my grandmother questions about growing up, meeting her husband, etc, but I put it up on Vimeo to be able to easily share it with my family as well as anyone else who'd like to have a look.
