When Danielle and I were living in Arlington, VA Danielle worked for the Uptown campus at MBC. Needless to say I got pulled along into many of the outreaches and gatherings associated with Uptown, however, I did always enjoy it. Our last month in Arlington Dani and I began to realize that we were going to miss the community and purpose behind MBC Uptown and I decided to bring my camera along to a few of the events so that others could see what God is doing with Uptown. My hope is that others would be drawn to MBC's campus in the heart of DC, and bless the DC community with the presence of God.
The Homeless Ministry is not really Uptown's doing but Frontline's, however now that Uptown will be the first campus in DC they have been helping out as a means to care for those they wish to form a community with.
