UI-7's Kayla Flam gives you an inside look at the new National Petascale Computing Facility on the U of I campus. The building will be the home to Blue Waters when it comes online in 2011, the world's largest supercomputer.
NCSA's Senior Associate Director John Melchi guides us through the green facility. Not only does the building offer the most advanced technology available to support the supercomputer, it was built to be energy efficient and keep costs down.
Join UI-7 as we take a look inside this exciting new addition to campus!
Thanks to NCSA for giving UI-7 a private tour.
