Great short, great acting! What mic did you use to get the sound so full and natural?
  • Christoph Kuschnig plus 3 weeks ago
I am trying to find out about that mic. But we spend a lot of time in sound design.
  • Christoph Kuschnig plus 3 weeks ago
11 Lav mic tips, Lectrosonic wireless package, Senhessier 416, Sound devices mixer, and recorder – via Gotham Sound.
  • BluePoint media plus 3 weeks ago
Thank you very much Christoph for your detailed reply. One more question though: do you know if Lectrosonics 100 series or the 400 series, because I've been eyeing the 100 series..

Love the movie. What version of QOTSA Millionaire was that?
  • Christoph Kuschnig plus 3 weeks ago
It's a Desert Sessions recording which was prior to the QUOTSA release. I chose it because it's grittier...

One question, what software did you use for post-production?

    Greetings from Denmark, Laurids
  • Christoph Kuschnig plus 3 weeks ago
It was shot on a Red One, edited with Final Cut Pro; Titles in After Effects and Photoshop. Don't ask me what Mike, the sound designer used.

adding my voice to those congratulating you, this is the first time I have seen a short on Vimeo that felt, in every respect, that it was part of a properly funded full scale hollywood production. I aspire to one day creating something of a similar calibre x
