AUBERGINE:NW8 was a one day free street restaurant born out of collecting recipes from the neighbourhood of Church Street and part of the Anatomy of a Street exhibition.
From over the one hundred recipes received, five were selected that most represented the community. From traditional to ad-hoc, from Philippines and Brazil, to Morocco and Hungary.
