My friend Liz went on vacation to Peru for a few days.
We took everything out of her cube and moved all her stuff into an unoccupied corner office (with huge wrap-around windows overlooking Madison Avenue!). And we set it all up properly in the new office (working TV, computer, etc) to make her think she'd actually been promoted.
She came back to work on Monday and this was her reaction upon first seeing her empty cube.
