In my opinion the whole ‘alien abduction’ thing doesn’t help the whole disclosure case in any way. For the simple reason that there’s absolutely NO WAY for anyone to verify the claims made by these ‘abductees’. At the same time I’m not saying I can provide solid proof that alien abductions are not happening and have never happened BUT… the burden of proof at this point really doesn’t lie with the skeptic. It lies with the abductee.

In the case of this particular commenter things get even worse because he claims to have ‘video pictures’ (no idea whether that means photos or footage) which aren’t actually disclosed anywhere. I can claim I have footage of a portal to another dimension and not share it with anyone. Anyone ready to believe me? I think not.

It’s for this reason that in case alien abduction does happen I hope it will never happen to me because I know there’s not a single soul on this planet who would believe me, probably including my own family. Again, because there’s no way to prove something that nobody else saw happen.

It’s for this reason that I think alien abduction is something better left out of any attempt to present proof of the existence of extraterrestrials. It simply opens up too many doors for people to play the ‘you’re a nutcase!’-card. Heck, even I am inclined to play that card in this scenario.

Why is this nowhere to be found in the mainstream (medical) news? Regular UFO sightings and disclosure by credible sources seems to be slowly making it into the mainstream but none of the abduction stuff is.

I looked at the pictures on alienscalpel.com and I'm sorry to say they don't look all that convincing to me.

Like I said before: I'm NOT at all claiming you're lying. I'm just saying I don't see a lot of evidence that's likely to convince the masses here. Definitely not in the same way testimonials by Air Force personnel would.

So once again I'm sticking to my original issue with the abduction stuff being included in the movie. It's just not nearly as convincing as the other material presented and in my opinion therefore somewhat detrimental to the message the documentary is trying to convey.
