Using old techniques back in my warehouse days. Spiral fun and visually pleasing. It gets interesting around 1:40.
Not completely abstract but what I personally call 'Orbital Space Painting'. It's even more fun on 4' x 8' canvases
The Frisbee and piece of wood is to dry the paint to stop bleeding when adding layers. This is three hours compressed to three minutes.
