I'm happy to say this won a 2nd place at this years D&AD student awards.

Synopsis:

A mysterious corporation are preparing themselves for the largest scale project the world has ever seen. They hire a genius engineering designer (Mr Ledbury) to work on the project. He faces the dilemma of having to get this project working and also satisfy his ethical way of life.

The project faces competition in the form of Anomaly an activist who has undercover operatives working in integral places to expose what this corporation are planning. He posts video pod casts to inform the population until he is caught (but by who?).

Meanwhile the vast majority of the population have no idea what is happening behind closed doors.

I wanted to challenge myself and see just how much one person can do on there own with the technology we have available today. I wrote the script/screen play, directed it, sourced locations and cast the actors, edited it and made the music/sound design. The actors I had on board were great and I learned a lot from working with them in terms of becoming a director. This was my first attempt at making a real short film and I know I will go on to make many more, I loved it. It is also intended to be a taster for a much bigger story, so if anyone is interested in working with me to make this a feature please do get in touch!
