18. Create A Time-lapse with Freewares - 2 - How to de-flicker

A short tutorial to show another step in time-lapse with FREEWARES.
Flickering.... maybe you know i'm French and these word was not clear for me, I can now traduct it as Clignoter... it's when the various expositions of pictures causes kind of rapid light change.
So I made a test with one on my precedent video, and that's true, Virtual Dub with the good de-flicker filter, is useful.
