The Emergency Medical system was originally designed to
save the lives of heart attack victims.

It was astounding to find that Emergency Medical
Technicians were not trained in the special skills needed to treat children and infants in emergencies. They often didn't even have the proper size equipment to save childrens lives.

Even today, the training for emergency medical technicians and equipment for saving our childrens lives in emergencies, are often not available.
