A history of petroleum exploitation in the Corrientes River, territory of the Achuar indigenous people, in the northern Peruvian Amazon.

The achuar have suffered 35 years of exploitation and contamination from Occidental Petroleum (OXY) and later Argentinian company Pluspterol exploiting petroleum resources under their rainforest territory.
