This waterfall in the Nantahala National Forest is on the down creek side of a dammed reservoir. It's in a spectacular location, but the waterfall has been doomed to a dam controlled low flow. Kevin Adams got word out that the dam was being worked on and the creek and waterfall were now flowing freely. I had to go take a look.
