(Vimeo Portrait) - Peika - In real time.
This is in real time at 1 frame per second and runs for just under an hour. The flash version has become massive, so I suggest you just download the original file and fast forward through most of it.
I thought it would give people a good idea at just how much time I spend on these.
Sorry Peika, I couldn't really turn you into a Superhero, but I might be able to tinker with this and make you some kind of Film Noir character.

This video is a response to PEIKA's request:
I want to be a super hero too!

Are you on Mac or PC?
This should allow you to watch H.264... I think.
I'm pretty sure... maybe.
WOW! that was incredible! very cool.
I hope it doesn't become like 200mb when it finally does transcode.
I'm incredibly impressed. Again!
Do you do this professionally?
Hopefully one day I will.
I watched the whole thing and must say, you are impressively talented! I am honored to be among the Vimeo family of such talented people.
I'm so sorry!
And PLEASE tell me...how do you get a quicktime file of 4.9 megs for 51 minutes at such good quality???
There are several reasons why it's such a small file size.
1. No sound.
2. One frame per second
But the biggest reason:
3. The movement in the image is so limited, I can have a VERY VERY low bit rate without degradation in image quality. Most of the picture doesn't change the whole clip.
Oh and: H.264 kicks butt.
FYI, I think I set the bitrate to about 25kbits per second. (As opposed to around 1200kbits for a regular movie.)
I´m also intersted how you get this so small,
and which program did you use to make the film? Or did you shoot pic by pic

if you want it, let me know.
