Our Twin Lakes Adventure

We tried today to make it to Tolmie Peak near Mowich Lake, but due to an excessive amount of snow the park service had the road to Mowich closed. So we ended up driving on a rutted road to Copely Lake then to the trial head to Summit Lake. We hiked only as far as Twin Lakes, as once again the snow pack, even as late as the 13th of July was so deep we were not sure that we could find our way back home. It turned out to be a great hike, meeting several nice people along the way, including one fellow hiking with two goats.
