The village of Sippo is a small community suspended between earth, water and mangroves.

Everyday the women of Sippo face the waters in their canoes to harvest the oysters.

Oysters are collected without breaking the branches to protect the tree.
They are cleaned and prepared for sell on the other side of the canal.

When then oyster's valves open up the mangroves fill up with a unique rhythm.
