Julia Pogodina, established NYC-based fashion photographer, approached me in connection with her assignment to shoot series of projection stories for ROUGE magazine (Bulgaria) and Z!NK magazine (New York). In both cases a very flexible set was devised based on the idea of layering to create depth and live pattern simulating post-production effect.

The projected imagery provided abstract effects on the backdrop while giving an interesting combination of lighting effects on the models (bright projection light mixed with continuous photo lighting). My involvement was to provide flexible low cost equipment setup, up-to-date consultation and on-site supervision in both occasions.
